Clinical should put the medical waste in the appropriate place

Assalamualaikum wr.wb
Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen

Before, I give my speech. I want to tell you a story about a garbage collector’s family near my house. One day I saw one of the children from the garbage collector’s family was being excommunicated with all of people around. So, I decided to asked her why all of people were being excommunicated her.
Her name was Della. She said she got HIV that’s why all of people around were being excommunicated her. I was so shocked when I heard it. She said to me she didn’t even know where she got that virus from. Inadvertently I saw a syringe inside the basket of a medical items for example syringe, bandage, intravenous fluids etc. When I asked where she got that from. She said the hospital near the main road. Also she said when she picked the syringe inadvertent the needle poke her and it bleed. Now I’m pretty sure she got HIV from that syringe. After one week she stands with the virus inside her body, sadly she died. I felt so sorry for her. I believe because of the people that not responsible for the medical waste, innocent people got the consequent for it. I wish to talk about three things. First, how dangers is medical waste? Second, who are the responsible for this medical waste? Lastly, solutions dispose of medical waste in the right place.
First problem is how dangers are medical waste. A lot of people don’t know how dangers are medical waste. People only think medical waste is rubbish that should be put in special place and they don’t want to care about it. That’s wrong! I know we’re not work as a doctor, a nurse or etc. that should care about this problem. However if we don’t care and if we don’t know what does all of that medical waste contain. It might contain someone virus. According to PRNewswire more than one million accidental needle sticks are reported each year also go unreported. These incidents can directly expose people to many different AIDS. Until the Environmental Protection Agency has federal authority to issue federal standards on medical waste improve their current medical waste regulations, providers of home health care consumers and hospitality services must take responsibility to protect their employees, the public and environment. For example the syringe that was used from someone that have HIV. We might get disease or virus that very dangerous without we realize it and it comes from someone else through those medical wastes.
Than the second problem is who should be responsible for the medical waste? To be honest all of people should responsible for this problem. But the main people who need to be responsible for this problem are the people who work in hospital for example doctor ,nurse, pharmacist and etc. because they’re the one who more understand which rubbish need to put it in which place. Also they more understand how to put all of those in appropriate place with the right method. For example use gloves and mask. If normal people who take care of all of this rubbish they need to know how to wear appropriate outfits when they doing it. Just in case when they taking care of this waste rubbish they forgot to wear gloves and they touch something that they shouldn’t touch.
Lastly, I will talk about the solution how we can we put the medical waste in the right place and doing it in the safe way. First I suggest the hospital should do a seminar about medical waste and how we can take care of it in the safe way. So people will understand how to doing it and what equipment all of people need it. Second is training course. The reason I choose the training course is because after the material they get they will do the practice before they do the real thing in the field.
In conclusion, doctor, nurse, pharmacist, and etc. should be giving more attention to this problem, because if they don’t give a more attention, other people will get the consequent for it. Like the story I was talk about at the beginning of my speech.
